THRIVE! is a platform connecting verified nonprofits with social creators who raise money on their behalf. THRIVE! is not itself a charity; it does not receive tax-deductible donations directly. Gifts are directed to the nonprofit (or, on the DAF payout path, to our donor-advised-fund sponsor as the donee of record).
Every gift is split four ways: a creator's commission (negotiated with the nonprofit for each campaign, 10%-30%), 7% to THRIVE!, 3% to payment processing, and the rest to the nonprofit — 60%-80%, depending on the agreed commission. Volunteer (no-commission) pages send 90% to the nonprofit and take no creator cut. The real split for a given campaign is disclosed on its giving page before you give.
You're responsible for keeping your account accessible via the email address you signed up with. Nonprofit claims are manually reviewed before a profile goes live.
